Macken was a temporary gallery in an abandoned petrol station in Malmö. During the summer of 2021, the building was transformed into a 24 hour art gallery. The project was a collaboration together with Frida Alkestrand and with support from Region Skåne and Malmö stad.

”Unclouded Dances is a ritual for one spectator at a time, in an intimate setting. To the techno beats by Fiedel, Fréderic Gies offers a dance conceived as a journey that invites the spectator to dive into the most delicate and tenuous details and to experience the spiritual and healing dimensions of the act of dancing.”

Students and professional practitioners from Switzerland, Belgium, France, Germany, Denmark and Sweden participated with a poster based on a brief based on human social and cultural heritage. Project exhibited at Little Finger Gallery in Malmö, with support from Malmö stad.
